If your coffee machine has broken down or the coffee no longer tastes as it usually does, you’ve come to the right place. The Kaffeecenter has received two awards from JURA: as an Authorised Specialist Dealer and Service Partner, and as an Authorised Professional Service Partner – the highest level of service. This means we can repair everything, from fully automatic machines for the home to professional machines in business premises.
Before we pick up our tools, we run a diagnostic scan on each machine via the computer. We can see the actual fault, the number of service calls and the full service history. Repairs are carried out on the basis of clear data, not on a hunch. Thanks to our extensive spare parts stock, your machine will usually be back with you within one to two working days of collection.
Please bring your device directly to our premises in Buchs; if you prefer, we can also collect it from you. When you drop it off, we’ll discuss your issue with you right there by the machine, and when you collect it, Nicole will explain what work has been carried out and what you should bear in mind. To ensure your request is processed quickly, it’s best to fill in the repair enquiry form straight away.
Follow the red arrow along the side of the building to the entrance of the coffee centre. The path is clearly marked and leads you directly to the entrance area where you can drop off your coffee machine.
Enter through this entrance and follow the corridor straight ahead. Walk past the letterboxes and follow the signs. This will take you to the drop-off area for your faulty coffee machine.
