Normally, the brewing unit is tucked away deep inside. Today we’re going to show you what happens in there during the brewing process. 😉
The brewing unit plays a key role in the brewing process:
It moves, tamps down the coffee grounds and ensures that the freshly ground coffee ultimately turns into a delicious cup of coffee. ☕️
And after that?
The slightly damp coffee grounds are ejected – and the brewing unit gets ready for the next cup. 🔄☕️

☕️ We’ve got a sleek new product in stock! 🤩
The JURA A8 – just 19 cm wide, 37 cm high and 44.5 cm deep. Pretty slim, isn’t it? 😉
The JURA C9 shown here is a good point of comparison. Not only is it a different colour, but at 26 cm wide, 32.5 cm high and 43.7 cm deep, it looks considerably larger.
But there’s one thing they have in common – you’d never believe it! 😁
Both can make a classic hot brew and even a slightly cooler version: a light brew. I find it all a bit boring, to be honest. 😜
And, of course, if you like, you can use both to make milk-based specialities. ☕️🥛

How times change … ☕️
Do you know the way back from the Coffee Centre? 👀
It all began at Kolb Elektro at 17 Churerstrasse – back then still known as Kolb Kaffee-Center – coffee, machines & service.
Next came the first move, and the Kaffeecenter relocated to Schingasse 4. There, it was renamed Kaffeecenter GmbH – fit for Coffee.
Advice, sales, service, after-sales support and hire – many of the things that still define the Kaffeecenter today. ☕️
There’s been more building work at the Neuhof Centre – so the Kaffeecenter had to move again. 😊
Since then, you can find us at our current premises at Wiedenstrasse 52c in Buchs.
How time flies – but one thing has remained the same: our passion for coffee and coffee machines. ❤️☕️
And, of course, the website has evolved too. 😉

To ensure your JURA coffee machine continues to run reliably for a long time, proper care is essential.
💧 CLARIS Smart+, Blue+ and White filters
If the filter is changed correctly and in good time, there is no need to descale the appliance.
🧽 3-stage cleaning tablets
They clean and maintain the fluid system on the coffee side. In the process, coffee grease is dissolved and removed in three stages – ensuring a hygienically clean coffee circuit. ☕✨
🥛 Cleaning the milk system
This is always important whenever a milk-based speciality has been prepared.
🔹 And when do you need descaling tablets?
For example, if the filter has been changed too late or the JURA is being used without a filter. In this case, maintenance may be required sooner than usual.
