We are proud to hold two official JURA accreditations: Kaffeecenter is an Authorised Dealer and Service Partner, as well as an Authorised Professional Service Partner. This confirms that JURA recognises us as providing sales and repair services to the highest standard, ranging from fully automatic machines for the home to professional machines for business use. And all of this is available directly from us in Buchs.

What lies behind the awards

These certifications are the result of years of training and practical experience. Over the years, Hansuli Eggenberger has attended all the JURA courses and knows the machines down to the last detail. Nicole Hofbauer has also completed the JURA Academy and handles minor servicing, initial consultations and follow-up discussions. Anyone who brings their machine to us is placing it in trained hands, and that is precisely what these two awards stand for.

No repairs on spec

The key difference becomes apparent even before we pick up a tool. We carry out a computerised diagnostic scan on every machine. We can see the actual fault, the number of service calls and the full service history. Repairs are carried out on the basis of clear data, not on a hunch. Before the repair, you’ll know exactly what your machine really needs – and what it doesn’t.

This is how our service works

So that you know what to expect, here’s a brief overview of the process:

• When you bring your item in, we’ll discuss your request right there by the machine.
• In the workshop, we carry out a diagnostic check on the machine and perform the service.
• Your machine will usually be returned to you one to two working days after collection.
• When you return the item, Nicole will explain what has been done and what you should look out for.
