All prices quoted in our online shop are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited when the order is finalised. For first orders, delivery will be made by prepayment, credit card or PayPal.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by automated e-mail immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending a separate order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within five days.

In the interests of the customer, partial deliveries may be made if this ensures speedy processing. The customer shall only be entitled to withdraw from the contract due to non-compliance with the delivery deadline if he has set us a reasonable grace period of at least four weeks in writing. Cases of force majeure shall release us from the obligation to fulfil the contract for the duration of their effect.
