General information

The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to all our sales.
Any other terms and conditions in the buyer's orders shall only apply if they have been expressly recognised in writing.

 

1st contract

A purchase contract is generally concluded when the customer accepts an offer from www.kaffeecenter.ch for the conclusion of a purchase contract. As a rule, the concluded purchase agreement is then signed by www.kaffeecenter.ch is fulfilled by delivering the goods to the customer by post. www.kaffeecenter.ch reserves the right, however, not to fulfil the purchase contract if there is reasonable suspicion that the customer is not properly fulfilling his contractual obligations regarding payment. All prices quoted in our online shop are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited when the order is finalised. For first orders, delivery will be made by prepayment, credit card or PayPal.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by automated e-mail immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. 4th delivery

In the interests of the customer, partial deliveries may be made if this ensures speedy processing. Cases of force majeure shall release us from the obligation to fulfil the contract for the duration of their effect.

Statutory warranty rights apply to all goods from our shop. Recognisable defects must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of the goods. If the repair or replacement delivery fails, the customer may demand a reduction in price or remuneration or withdraw from the contract. Claims for damages due to defects are excluded unless the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence on our part and is not based on the defect of a warranted characteristic.

The contractual relationship shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. Neither the "Vienna Sales Convention" nor any other law or treaty shall apply to the legal relationship between the contracting parties, even if they were applicable under the rules of Swiss private international law.
