For the first time, we had our own stand at the Sarganserland Industry and Trade Fair, which took place from 2 to 9 May 2026 at the exhibition centre in Mels. Over the course of eight days, the region\u2019s largest exhibition attracted around 45,000 visitors, and over 350 businesses showcased what the Sargans region has to offer. We were right in the thick of it too.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Coffee enjoyment you can touch<\/h3>\n<p>The aroma of freshly ground coffee drew many visitors straight to our stand. There was a bustling atmosphere throughout all eight days of the fair. Numerous guests took the opportunity to sample coffee specialities, find inspiration and experience the latest JURA coffee machines first-hand. Our cold brew specialities, which prepare refreshing cold coffee at the touch of a button, were particularly popular. We set aside plenty of time for one-to-one chats and live demonstrations, showing what modern coffee machines are capable of today. Many visitors also signed up for the popular home consultation service, where coffee machines are presented and tested directly in their own homes.<\/p>\n<h3>The great bean puzzle<\/h3>\n<p>Our coffee bean guessing game proved to be a particular crowd-puller. Anyone who wanted to could guess how many coffee beans were in our large glass container. The excitement was palpable throughout the fair, as everyone wanted to know who would be closest to the correct number in the end. The correct number of coffee beans in the glass was 64,139.<\/p>\n<p>In the end, the winners \u2013 those who had come closest to the correct number \u2013 were announced and notified personally. Attractive prizes awaited them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st prize: a JURA C8 in Piano Black, including 1 kg of coffee<\/li>\n<li>2nd prize: 10 kg of coffee from our house blend<\/li>\n<li>3rd prize: a gift voucher worth CHF 150<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We would like to offer our warmest congratulations to the lucky winners. And even if you weren\u2019t among the main winners this time, you won\u2019t go away empty-handed: As a thank-you for taking part, you\u2019ll receive a 5 per cent discount on your next purchase from the Kaffeecenter shop, valid on accessories, cleaning products and everything related to JURA coffee machines. The discount code GENUSS6 is valid until 31 October 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>There is considerable interest in our rental model<\/h3>\n<p>One topic in particular caught the attention of many visitors: our corporate hire scheme, which we offer throughout Switzerland. The idea behind it is very simple. The company receives a high-quality JURA coffee machine delivered free of charge, and we take care of everything else. All maintenance and cleaning costs, including cleaning products, are included in the price per cup, and billing is based solely on actual consumption. No upfront costs, no hidden fees, no surprises.<\/p>\n<p>Our specialist, Hansuli Eggenberger, regularly visits customers on site to record their usage and, whilst he\u2019s there, check the condition of the machine. Should a fault ever occur, all it takes is a phone call or an email, and we\u2019ll be there straight away \u2013 with a replacement machine if needed \u2013 to ensure your coffee enjoyment is never interrupted. It is precisely this combination of enjoyment, service and full cost control that won over many companies at the trade fair.<\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, this model isn\u2019t just suitable for long-term use in the office. You can also hire a machine flexibly for events, meetings or occasions where a lot of coffee is served, without having to make a major investment.<\/p>\n<h3>A successful debut<\/h3>\n<p>Surrounded by over 350 exhibitors and around 45,000 visitors, we will remember our first appearance at SIGA as an all-round success. The positive response, the in-depth discussions and the many new contacts serve as both inspiration and motivation for us.
